 1Source Aero Services S.A. is committed to being a full service and overhaul provider for controls and accessories of both civil and military aircraft engines operating throughout the world.
It is our objective to repair and overhaul aircraft components in such a way that regulatory and customers’ requirements are completely satisfied.
It is recognised that safety is a prime consideration at all times and this is emphasised by a just and non-punitive culture where personnel are encouraged to report maintenance safety related errors and incidents through the organisation’s internal reporting system. This safety culture is further embraced by the application of human factors principles, where appropriate.
Quality is maintained by the implementation and auditing/reviewing of a quality system in accordance with EN ISO 9001:2008, EN 9110:2009, applicable regulatory requirements and our customers’ requirements and specifications.
Our quality system is a foundation for continuous improvement of our practices and the value we deliver to our customers. This is achieved by implementing in our daily management activities the ACE operating system, supported by the Company Management System Manuals, Maintenance Organisation Manual, System Procedures and How to Work Instructions.
Safety and Quality is the responsibility of all employees as process owners, team members and individuals by recognising that compliance with procedures, quality standards, safety standards and regulations as well as cooperating with quality auditors is essential to the continuous improvement of our quality system.
